Change a photo’s width and height, make it bigger or smaller, and fit a KB limit — all in one go. Free, nothing is uploaded.
Choose Percent and tap 200%, or type a bigger width in Pixels. The photo gets larger, but a computer cannot add new detail, so a very small photo will look softer.
Type 20 in At least and 50 in At most, with KB chosen, and save as JPG. If it still does not fit, tick Allow smaller pixels.
Open cm / inch, tap Photo 35×45 mm and keep DPI at 300. It uses Crop edges, so the face is not stretched.
Most browsers cannot read HEIC. Safari can. Otherwise change the camera to Most Compatible (JPG) or share the photo as JPG.

The tool first tries your picture at its full size and high quality. Only if the file is still too big does it lower the quality a little, and only after that does it reduce the dimensions in small steps. This way the result keeps as much detail as the size limit allows.

Are my images uploaded?
No. Everything happens inside your browser, so your photos stay on your device.
Is there a watermark?
No. Compressed images are clean and free.
Which format should I choose?
Choose JPG for passport photos, CNIC copies and online forms, because every website accepts it. WebP gives smaller files but some forms do not accept it. PNG keeps full quality, so the tool shrinks the dimensions instead to reach your size.
What if it says it could not reach the target?
Very large or very detailed images may need a bigger target. Try a larger KB value, or use a smaller original photo.
My image is already smaller than the target.
Then it is kept as it is, with no loss of quality.
